Disconnects desync issues

Sorry to hear you're having this trouble. It would be best if you're able to first push F1 while you're in-game and seeing whether your latency or FPS is fluctuating a lot during these times, and taking note of it's extremes.

With connection related problems we would first need you to make sure there's no other programs or devices on your network that might be heavily using your internet, and then if you're able to provide a WinMTR test taken over the time you're having issues, then it should help us indicate the cause as well.
