Can't make a shop thread?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but whenever I try to post a shop in torment-shop section it doesn't let me and gives the resource not found error. Anyone know how to fix?

you'll get an error but the post'll be online xx minutes later.
I had the same problem a few hours ago, and tried a couple of times. When I came back from lunch all my tries where online. |
