Can't Edit Forum Posts?

Something weird is going on in the forums. I can't edit any of my posts. Yes, I can click on the "E" button and "Submit" changes, but the changes don't take affect and my posts stay as they were.

Posts should be there. Ongoing issue that happens occasionally for short periods, your posts show up afterwards. We're aware, still being looked into. Apologies.
Has any exile really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

Same issue, no error occuried when submitting post, only changes doesn't apply.
