Gain Endurance, Power, and Frenzy charge on Counter Attack?

Is it true you can do that? I haven't tested it. But it seems Countergem + Frenzy + Endurance on Stun while wearing Voll's protector would get you lots of charges pretty fast if you have high crit/stun on your weapon? Does it work like that? I haven't even gotten the gems.

The gems are attacks themselves. They don't trigger other gems.
Endurance Charge on Melee Stun could work, Frenzy wouldn't. My vision for a better PoE: http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/863780
