Unable to connect to login server

You tried restarting your modem/router, and connecting using a wired connection? Are you running any other programs while you attempt to play that may interfere with your network connectivity? Are you able to connect on a different gateway?

Check the above, then try running a WinMTR or PingPlotter trace to your desired gateway for 300 packets sent while you are trying to connect and experiencing this issue.
