Facebreaker passive skill tree after reset

I am playing a cyclone facebreaker marauder, currently at lvl 83. I have rebuilt the passive skill tree for the character, but before it goes to "production" i'd like to ask you guys what you think of this it? Should I go for it?

I'm thinking something like this (you can ditch a little life and skill duration to make it more realistic) - you also get a lot of resists. I would probably go IB considering cyclone was nerfed so hard, but we will see.
