I just ran in to some good fortune and found my second unique so far. I tried to check the price online, but it looks like it varies depending on the ring. This is the one I found:

I tried looking on a site where you can search the values of items, but depending on who listed it the price could between 1 fuse and 1 exalt. I made the search very narrow too.

try 5c and go from there; lower bo daily until its sold. there are lots out there so that person who has it for 1 ex either found one the day it came out or is just trolling
