For Ranger i reccomend same tree with the shadows with the difference of the starting points that will give u more life+evasion and with 2 extra points u get +8% as and 20% accuracy.



For gems use: ST+LMP/GMP+FA+PHYS PROJ DMG+CRIT DMG+PCOC/Critical strikes to get 90%+ chance to crit or use herald of thunder+curseonhit+ass mark setup to get charges from there.For auras use hatred+hoa for sure or hatred+purity if u have res problems,i also highly recommend light coil is great dmg mitigation without it abyssus is really dangerous.
if u get acuity u wont have problem with reflect otherwise u will.

I got 2x lvl 90 shadow and ranger and i make my ranger ST cause u got more life but u sacrifice some dmg so up to you.And also i dont even use acrobatics cause i have high enough dmg to kill enemys before reaching my and my personal tree is this one :

Yes, once you get the 2% mana leech, it is enough to sustain ST.

Oh and BTW Melee Physical damage does nothing for ST if I remember correctly, so master of the arena might not be worth unless you want 1% life regen which is still good.
