[1.3] GrindelSLAM [1H + Shield Ground Slam] [WIP]

Now that we have all the list of passives out of the way we can talk the direction of this tree and the builds main ideas. There are a lot of people that have posted and will post in the future ground slam builds. I am going to aim this guide for the 1.3 Update, we have a new tree and 25 new unqiues. I will make this guide as user friendly as possible and any feedback is appreciated.
Build Direction
1:)New Player Friendly 2:)Melee with large aoe 3:)Able to be decent at single target 4:)Cheep Gearing 5:)Fun to play. Main Attack:Full List of Gems(see setups below for configurations) Groundslam(12), Added Fire(12), Life Gain on Hit(12), Multistrike(19), Blood Magic(24), Faster Attacks(31), Concentrated Effect(31), Melee Damage on Full Life(31), Life Leech(31), Melee Physical Damage(31) Main Attack Setup Pre Mapping: A few things here that are different from the Mapping End Game set up, we have a couple ways to gain life back while we are doing damage, if you have your life under control you can swap them out for damage, or you can swap them in & out to adjust your mana multiplier. I'm going to list up to a 4 link here, if you have a 5/6 Link: see below section.
Early Game - Gems Setup
1:) Groundslam(12) 2:) Groundslam(12) - [Added Fire(12) OR Life Gain on Hit(12)] -both added fire & LGoH, require lvl 12, I recommend swapping them as needed. I wouldn't use Life Leech Until Merciless when your DPS is much higher. 3:) Groundslam(12) - Multistrike(19), [Added Fire(12) OR Life Gain on Hit(12)]
Mid-Late Game - Gems Setup
4:) Groundslam(12) - Multistrike(19), Faster Attacks(31), Melee Physical Damage(31) 5:) Groundslam(12) - Multistrike(19), Faster Attacks(31), Concentrated Effect(31), Melee Physical Damage(31)
6 Link - Gems Setup
6 Link: Groundslam(12) - Multistrike(19), Faster Attacks(31), Concentrated Effect(31), Melee Physical Damage(31), Melee Damage on Full Life(31) Swap Gems: If you are running maps, and have special needs, take out Melee Damage on Full Life(31). We have a couple other gems that can take its place to help us in special situations. Swap In: Life Leech(31) – When you need that extra healing and sustainability Swap In: Added Fire(12) - Chaos Dmg Over Time or Other Maps you would take constant damage Swap In: Blood Magic(24) - 1/2 Regen or No Regen Maps

Shaved off a couple points in pathing. Replaced mana flows with bravery. Took the regen on endurance charge. 202% life now, 105 points, also removed skill duration nodes(you didnt take the full cluster?). Rest is the same. Why are you taking sovereignty? For try, for see, and for know.

" If you find out you dont have mana problems post 80, then by all means, switch out and take, Bravery(+18% Life), instead of Mana Flows. I think having mana flows especially early on, will help with mana control. Thats why we are also taking Unrelenting for the 19% reduced Mana cost of skills. This is going to be a new build for me this league, So Here in a couple days I'll have more info on what is and isn't needed by 80/85 when it comes to mana. Now Potency of Will, at 85, with no changes thats a planned 20% longer skill effect. That should help our endurance charges and our immortal call I have planned out, I decided on taking the last node, PoW at 86. ((hard to really decide these things now when we are pre-planning)), So if you wanna give up some mana regen, mana & int from the duelist area to take some more % life sure, but that should be a see how your mana is at first thing. IF you have no interest in the Longer Skil Effects then i guess you can invest those nodes into % life or something else of your choosing. --I will try to take my game play experience and adjust anything in the next upcomming week. With a bit of mana leech you should never need extra regen, especially with the new unrelenting cluster. At lower levels, though mana flows is godly.
