How does reflect interact with dodge and evasion?

Thinking of making a phy bow ranger with acrobatics / ondars. Wondering how that will fare against reflect packs.
You can evade your reflected damage, but it is linked to your accuracy and chance to hit as well as your chance to evade/dodge.

For example, if using a bow like Lioneyes Glare, you are unable to evade or dodge the reflected damage (Bow has unique mod - Hits Cannot Be Evaded).

This also holds true for items with Vagans unique affix.

Evasion is pretty much junk against reflect. As an Example:

If you have 1200 Accuracy, you going to need 16k Eva to have 78% chance to evade yyour reflected damage(with ondars).

If you go over 1200 Accu, you can basically forget it..

That is only half the truth. While evasion is linked to one's accuracy, that is NOT true for dodge.
The chance to dodge is rolled independent of one's accuracy. With acrobatics you have a 30% chance to dodge attack damage even if you have resolute technique. Same holds for block.
