You can equip them with existing items.

Can we learn what the new master will be able to do? I think there a lot of people just sitting waiting to plan builds/craft items. No one wants to waste a ton of currency on items and then find out the new master can do it cheaper for PvP items or he just gives better attributes. It is also possible the things the master offers could be build enabling or deterring.

I hope we can get the information early so we have some time to plan builds. We also don't know anything about the changes to PvP balance which makes it impossible to plan builds. It can take a lot of time to acquire items and different types of currency needed after planning out a build especially on HC.

Seeing as NZ/AU get lumped with the US people, looks like if its the evening US time, then that counts us out anyway, unless you are an unemployed bum who can afford to be home during day time hours to compete.

I believe he means why create instant lvl 28s for people, instead of making people lvl to 28 to join the events. Not that it is limited to lvl 28.
