It was describbed here: http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Phase_Run and mentioned here: http://www.pathofexile.com/skills/intelligence I know that it was replaced for quick silver flasks... but it would be awesome to have 1 skill for mov speed + melee dmg boost IMO :D even if it's totally rebalanced WTS - IRL Superior Determination = PRICELESS

What makes you think that it will be back?
It was just broken ... they should fix the collision on shield charge, that is a movement skill i can get behind ;-) Forums are SOOO much fun on patch day! Casuals play because it's fun, not to achieve any goal unreachable with their resources. We are playing for the next difficulty, the next keystone, the next item upgrade.
