Point is: game is badly optimized, we all know it. But a good pc HW (see: video card) helps immensly.

Not help. I have gtx 780, i7 4771, 16gb ram and game is installed on ssd. Bios and drivers are updated. My hardware is not the best, but...When play in party, fps drops below 10. Is this normal for game with this graphics? No, this is not normal. Games with 10 times better graphics run smooth with 70-80FPS. This games run like sh*t.

And looks like sh*t.
