I seriously doubt your play time during the 1 week race or 3 month league will be significantly less because it's 3AM at release for you. Most people sleep every day. You should feel lucky your sleep cycle means you will miss the massive lagfest of playing immediately upon release.

The solution is simple, don't play the new leagues. If GGG sees a drastic reduction in the amount of European people playing the leagues, they'll have to change.
But I doubt you'll persuade enough people for GGG to change the hours.
