Looking for a casual social guild on skype/teamspeak

I am looking for a casual guild to play with that uses some form of voice chat. I'd enjoy having a group of people on my friend's list that I can party up with to explore the game together while sharing some friendly banter and support. I don't mind helping out other players or sharing rare items I don't need myself. I play in the evenings and weekends (European time zone).
