Confused by divine outcome..

I made this bow and the phys ended up being 109. I went to the affix site and I thoguht it said that 109 phys was top of its tier. SO, I made another bow- shitty- so i decided to throw some divines at it- I noticed that it rolled higher than its original tier so I figured MAYBE it would happen again.

After 2 divines, I went from 310 dps (109 phys) to 326 (122 phys) I know it is a hybrid roll (cause I crafted it) but I have no idea how high I can divine this thing; if its at its max of both rolls.

You can know hybrid tier by looking at the accuracy.
So for you it's:
iLvl: 23: 35 to 44 / 31 to 50 (Reaver's)

meaning that physical roll is withing [122 - 44 ; 122 - 35], so between 78 and 87.

So it's
iLvl: 23: 70 to 89 (Wicked)

So the max you can get is 89+44 = 133.

Can go down to 35+70=105, so matches your original 109.

no its not, the flat rolls min

so you nearly have max flat phys. Crit goes from 35% - 38%, you have max roll, imo those 2 stats are more important than an extra 11% phys even if u got lucky on both % rerolls.
