In the new upcoming patch 1.3, why are they changing the passive
skill tree of the duelist and not all chars? thanks | |

Well the last major update made changes to the Witch area and right side of the skill tree, so this time they're focusing on the left side and the Duelist, it seems. It's not just the Duelist that will get changes. There may even be minor adjustments on the right side of the tree. We don't know yet.
