i purchased premium tab and got something different

i purchased tab upgrades 4 times
-the first 2 times i wasn't sure what happened but i knew something was wrong
-third time was for science - i figured it out
-fourth time was so i could screen shot

as you can see in the before and after both have 8 remove only tabs

i purchased the upgrade,
you would think the before would have 8 and the after would have 7


-----this screen shot represents my fourth purchase
the "green 4" tab was converted correctly
the problem is that it turned the "clear 1" tab on the top of the list into a remove only

-----my first second and third purchases
turned the clear 2 & 3 tabs on the top into remove only
the clear 4 tab on the bottom was turned into remove only also

for some reason it moved the tabs to different locations in the list, i did not move them

in the after list....
i would like my 1-4 tabs converted back please
--1 & 2 are in the top of the list
--3 & 4 are in the bottom of the list

in the bottom of the list the green 1,2,3 tabs and the clear 1 tab should stay the same
they are correctly listed as remove only

my second problem

a couple days ago i purchased points, bought 2 premium tab bundles

in the screen shot below you can see the important words are ADDS & UPGRADES
i spent 400 points to get 12 new tabs
---i got remove only tabs UPGRADED
---i did not get 12 new tabs ADDED as the description clearly states

two "6 tab premium bundles", 12 tabs total -- cost 400 points
12 "tab upgrades" --------------------------- cost 180 points

400 - 180 = 220

i spent 400 to get 12 tabs ADDED but actually got 12 UPGRADES

i feel that i spent 220 points for nothing because the descriptions you have in your shop do not clearly express what i am actually going to get

please refund my account 220 points

This has been known for months, the description on the shop should be updated but their reasoning is sound...why should they give you free tabs when they are intended to be emptied, you know they could just delete the stuff in them if they wished.

i spent points to upgrade a tab to premium. it upgraded to premium alright but it also took one of my normal tabs and turned it into a remove only tab.
that tab, actually 4 tabs in total, are ruined now. i can't even use them.

read the description and just some how know that the description is wrong and that i should search the forum for what i am actually purchasing

the tabs aren't free, they clearly have a price listed in the shop

12 "so called new" tabs are 200points / 6 tabs = 33.33 points per tab

1 upgrade to premium is 15 points

i didn't make the prices, if GGG thinks the prices should go up then so be it

that would be fine with me as long as GGG makes a public statement before the new leagues start
preferably in the patch notes where people will have a chance to be informed, not in the forums where the post/thread will eventually will be lost
