Lag spikes and High latency

Hello guys,
I experienced some problems lately with high latency (+/- 350 ms) and some big lag spikes like jumps on 1000ms in a second and back down sometimes i get disconnect. I tested my internet connection on speedtest.net everything seems fine (20ms/30Mbps:down/16Mbps:upload) i also played cs:go and i had like 50 ms all the time. Use the stickied guide for connection problems and run the WinMTR/ping plotter program as per the guide while playing for over 100 seconds, preferably until you start lagging

I don't know why but you are not connecting to the EU servers, the IP address on it would be something like 37.58.74.233
The address you seem to be connecting to in the WinMTR is 173.192.44.20 which is in america Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

" The results are showing latency spikes and packet loss hops 6 and 7 which look to be on your ISP's equipment and will be the cause of this. It's pretty clear there's a problem there from these tests, so you would be best contacting your provider and sending these pictures through so they can investigate it and fix this up. Has any exile really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?
