New wand skill looked really cool though. It'll probably work for phys and ele, but would it be used with power siphon or standalone? Theorycrafter/Build Creator for PORTAL guild

So FotM for 1.3 - Wands? Wands are really strong already but people usually need a new skill to play with to push it into FotM.
On a side note, I hope the skill will scale with elemental damage too. | |
