Resolute Technique:

Its a very bad idea to use Keystones to balance your game,
Keystones are designed around being imbalanced, you would end with an imbalanced game. And you can´t switch Keystones faster than the meta. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JcKqhDFhNHI

Might be easier to make a new keystone where you cannot block or dodge, but also cannot be crit. Sounds like a more balanced trade-off to me.
