CI or Low life with Solaris

I am planning a CoC build and usign ES. Either CI or using Solaris armour (can't afford Shav). Which would be best? Solaris has pretty bad stats (except for the "chaos damage can not bypass ES" of course).

The auras I plan to run is HoT, Discipline and possibly Purity of Lightning.

In my opinion Chaos Inoculation is never better than non-Chaos Inoculation.
Chaos Damage is not so much of a risk that its worth ever losing 1.5k hp and relying on ES.
Keep in mind you cant potion back up if your ES runs low and without Soul Reaver or Shavronne's Revelation you have to pause every time you get damaged to regen the ES. And if you cant afford Shavronne's Wrappings i'm guessing you dont have Shavronne's Revelation either.

Even if you're using Blood Rage, just keep the hp, its better that way.

For CoC? Neither, use life.
