Steam account can't see characters

Hi, I can't see any characters when I'm logging on a new computer. On the forum I logged on through my steam account. When I launch the game through steam it doesn't auto login I have to enter email. When I do there's no chars. Any idea?

As you created your account through Steam, you will only be able to access it in-game by using the Steam client and your Steam credentials. It's not possible to log into the stand-alone client with your account, so it sounds like you may be logging into a different account. If you would like us to assign a regular email address and password to your account, so you can access the stand-alone client, please send a message to our support account with the email address that you would like assigned to your account. |
