Passive Point Refunding Snafu

 Hello all, This is my current passive skill tree as I am trying to respec my partial RF character into pure RF. The node highlighted is a life node I would like to refund. It is connected on both sides to other nodes so I wouldn't be breaking any nodes away from the chain, and yet the game doesn't allow me to take it out. Help, please. There is only one connection from your starting point to that Life node (Life/Regen -> Dex -> Str nodes). Everything beyond the Scion's Life cluster would not be linked to your starting point should it be removed.
