BM, mana leech mechanics

I'm just curious when i allocate BM passive i lose all mana, and my skills will go from life, but my mana leech won't go to life righT? how to sustaion skills like flicker strike ( 80+mana cost) on a lowlife build for example? using ghost reaver nod ofc

LGoH, I'm fairly sure people try to allocate some life regen too if possible. Also life pots.

Life regen is the most common, then there is life gain on kill, life on hit, life leech, life leech and ghost reaver combo...pick your poison
