Can't get Vagan's Crafting Tool after Bug in Hideout Stash

After the merge of Rampage and Standard, I tried to get my crafting tool from Vagan. I got the dialog to take the crafting tool, put it in my hideout stash, and suddenly my hideout stash went crazy. It blacked out and showed no gridlines nor items anymore. This issue was fixed as soon as I restarted the game, but Vagan's Crafting Tool was missing.

I rechecked for the "Get Crafting Tool" dialog option, but it is not there.
I also tried /claim_crafting_benches to no avail.
I dismissed Vagan and invited him back to my hideout, but nothing changed.

Any help and further suggestions are highly appreciated.

Nothing new on this topic ? I am still missing this crucial crafting tool.

Mine did the SAME thing on HC, No Sharpining Wheel....wtf over...
