Latency issues recently. [Solved, see last post.][winmtr and plot]

There's some packet loss here occuring between your system up to either your router/modem, or your ISP's box on the street. To start with, I would advise checking your Antivirus/Firewall/Router programs are not interfering with Path of Exile's connectivity, turning off any unnecessary programs on your system and using a wired connection to your modem/router.

Do you share your connection with any other users such as work colleagues, flatmates or family members? Do you experience these latency issues with instance transitions, in any particular areas, or during any certain times of day?
