Fireball problem

Im not sure if this is the right place to post, but here goes..

My fireball wont do any damage at all. Usually, the amount of damage show in the character sheet where all the stats are shown. Spesifically under offense - fireball. I suddenly noticed my fireballs wasnt doing any damage at all, so I checked it out. None shown on stats. Travelled back to normal act 1, couldnt even damage a single level 2 zombie.

Setup: On boots: Fireball - Lesser Multiple Projectiles - Pierce - Chance to ignite

I might add I tried swithing the gem to other sockets on wand, shield etc. Nothing worked. Im not sure, but I think this happened after I respecced quite a few points.
All requirements are met.

Please tell me it isnt a bug, and that its just me doing something wrong.

Did you get the +1 totem passive which stops your normal skill damage?
