Uppgrade packs error

Hi uppgraded from Journeyman Supporter Pack to Master Supporter Pack, but instead of Master Supporter pack i just got another Journeyman pack.
The order info i got mailed said uppgraded to Journey pack, but still payed the uppgrade for master support pack 100$.

Also will you mail me for my Address to send the Signed Concept Art?
Could not find in the account to fill that out.
