New Swordfish Icespear Effect comment/feedback

So I haven't actually bought the new skill effect yet, only looked at the video.

But it appears (at least from the video) not to have that noticeable of an animation change between the 1st and 2nd (inc. crit) stage of the skill.

Could you please confirm whether it does or not?

Because I'd be less likely to buy it if it lacked that instant visual aid which tells me whether im casting from far enough back or not for the 2nd stage to activate.

I really think having this animation change should be mandatory, but thats just me.

Looks like your right, no difference from 1st to 2nd stage:(

Suggestion that will never happen since the mtx is out already: GGG could have added a wave of foam/froth initially in first stage which the sword fish leap from in 2nd stage? So players can tell whne Ice spear is in critical stage.

Otherwise I like how they wiggle while they fly through the air at your target.
