Strongest build -maybe uber atziri capable - for about 50 ex?

I'm going to invest the 50 ex I saved up in a new build for my scion. As of now I'm using the extremely popular CoC "Songs of ice and fire" http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/821284, but at level 86 this isn't scaling well anymore, so time to look at a more efficient one.

but it's not immediately clear what would be the most efficient way to spend these 50 ex on my scion and get the most out of them..any hint?
