not quite the same old entry point not found error

"the procedure entry poitn SetThreadErrorMode could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

only since a couple days ago.

still loads just fine, and problems don't present themselves until it's been running for a while.

after a while it just loads slower and slower, more prone to lag, and de-sync, more disconnects etc.

if this game has had a problem, those problems start to happen more and more as time passes, until i restart the game.

Im getting the same error. Pops up twice, then after clicking ok, POE loads normally. Im not seeing any issues, but then again, I dont play a WHOLE lot.
