Tips to do the rampage tier challenge?

For anybody still trying this, we did a Dry Woods with 32% pack size and sea witches and put Domination on it with Zana and probably had about 2000 monsters in it. The counter stops at 1000, so can't be sure. But the shrines added a buttload of monsters.
