Searching good CoC build

i dont think charging with a second skill is ever really effective for high content ya, like I do it self found in hardcore because I have a 5 link rather than 6 but its miserable. I know what ur saying, imo if you need charges for your crit chance then PoC should be in the main attack, like Attack + multiproj + coc + poc + spell + spell. Playing with a second charger or god forbid, using assassins curse to get charges etc, I def agree its not good enough for high content if you are relying on those charges to reach a workable level of crit. If you have to though putting ice spear in helps a lot because of its extreme ranged crit chance, like attack + coc + poc + ice spear in a 4 link, you can generate charges with that fairly reliably but I feel like your build is 50% as effective as one that either just has enough crit without charges or has poc in the main attack, maybe even less when it counts, I wouldnt recommend it against extreme content for sure.
