Interaction between Romira's and Voll's Protector

Let's say I'm using both and playing a Crit Arc build.
If I have all 6 power charges up and crit, I lose all 6 before Arc will chain even once. On the other ones, is Arc guaranteed to crit or is it less likely to do so now that power charges were lost? It is possible for me to crit and still end the Arc at 5 power charges (lost all, then 5 chains, each giving 1 power charge)? My builds: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1641740

" As far as I know, each use of a skill forces one general crit check. Either the entire skill will crit or it won't, before considering accuracy for non-spells. So if your Arc crits, all hits should crit. |
