Bug:Talking to Vagan with left click fails...for other masters it works just fine...

If you have a skill bound to the left click button (in my case, lightning warp, haven't tried others) and try to talk to Vagan in a map area to start/complete his quest, using left click, you won't be able to. This only seems to be a problem with Vagan, with other masters it works just fine, and they will talk to you. Why the inconsistency only with Vagan?
