Waypoints not working on Login

Hi all, I dunno if this is something you all are aware of, but recently, when I log in, I cannot access any of the way points I have found since playing.

I am now in the start of Act 2, and I log into Lionseye Watch but cannot go to any way point. I am left with no other choice but to walk ALL the way back through all of the lands I have completed. Speaking with others, this seems odd.

Am I doing something wrong here? Sorry, I am pretty new to the game.
