I guess I did too much tonight (was maybe 2/3 into what I planned on doing) and I got that message. Now I can't PM for almost 6 hours! WAAAAAAAAAAH!

I know this is spam prevention. It has become trade prevention for me :-(

nope I was specifically looking for a unique item with higher mods and copy/pasting my offer with a note to each PM letting them know I'm buying bunches of them in case they had more than one for sale. I guess I was either doing it too fast or I did too many. I made quite a lot of offers tonight.
