Failed to join instance (Bug 2,836,619,584)

Zana map to complete another master mission. Completed the mission and killed the bosses then tried the portal back to the crumbled shrine. The portal didn't work with the Fail to join instance.

I then turned off all my buffs to kill myself so I could resurrect at the checkpoint to complete the mission. When dead I also got the Failed to join instance.

resurrected at the town but lost the Zana experience for the map.
