Gem Quality Doesnt Show Up

This is due to Curse on Hit having -10% Increased Curse Effect at gem level 1, and -8% at gem level 3, which yours currently is.
If you then take the +19% quality, which would give it +9.5% curse effect, that totals to %1.5 total Increased Curse Effect.
