SC league: Nexus league
The players have to tag 6 nexus scattered in the instance. Each nexus is guarded. Nexus generate an AOE element and spawn monsters type depending on their type ( Chaos Nexus, Blazing Nexus,Storm nexus,Winter nexus,Matter Nexus). Once all triggered, a boss spawns somewhere in the instance, this boss is called The Landlord. The faster you trigger the nexus, the higher the IIR/IIQ of this boss is.
(in order to prevent nexus click rush, each nexus spawn a Commander which is the thing to kill to confirm the activation of the nexus)

So many social awkward ppl, just ask for single player mode instead, duh no desync, win-win situation.

idk normal league but with 200% increased pack size?
eventually 4 month cut throat league.

Too read some more.
1: All unique drops and currency are made 5-10x as rare. All of them.

2: Increased spawn of Exiles. Beyond monsters and Invasion bosses can spawn in place of rare monsters.

3: Reduced pack size, increased monster damage and EXP gain.

The idea is to make fights slower and more challenging. Tougher enemies means you have to play it smart, doing things like pulling 1-2 enemies rather than engaging the whole pack. Smaller packs means less dependence on AoE and increased usability of slower hitting or single target skills.

Scarcity of uniques and currency means you're more likely to be dealing with junk gear. The super rare shit is still there, it just won't exist in a high enough quantity to have a major impact on the game.

Rare/unique enemies are craftable
Normality (MF and IQ have no effect,drops adjusted)
Surprise (all zones have a additional league modifier)

-softcore

-no MF, increased droprates to equivalent of +50 iiq / +200 iir

-corrupted zones present in maps

-Masters retain their level from standard

-Drop rates of Exalts/Eternals/Mirrors all increased * 10

-Mirroring an item creates two copies but destroys the original

-"Trade Tokens" introduced:
> Every trade with another player costs 1 token
> You begin the league with 10 tokens; tokens are per-account, not per-character
> You gain 1 token per 2500 monster kills
> Tokens cannot be traded
> If you run out of tokens, you cannot trade with other players until earning more
The 352nd character to hit Level 100 in Standard
The 82nd character to hit Delve 1000 in Standard

In fact, shorter, non-competitive but played for pleasure events is something very easy to develop (as content is ready) and probably would be welcome by a lot of players, especially more casual ones.

Imagine, that you can always log in and run Endless Ledge or Descent:Champion events, not for points but just for fun (though they could add for example orbs transfer to chosen league).

Survival League: Increasing amounts of IIR/IIQ/+EXP increase based on time since last death. Monsters become harder the higher your survival bonus is. (This is a direct rip off of Sacred 2) :P
  • Softcore.
  • No Trade.
  • Increased Currency drops and reduced effect of diminishing returns.
  • Increased spawn rate of Masters and Corrupted Areas.
  • Anarchy
  • Beyond
  • Invasion
  • Enhanced Fracture: Mobs fracture on death. Fractured mobs has a chance to fracture into more mobs: endless stream of mobs with no drops and 0 xp if you're unlucky. :3
  • Hunter: Areas spawn a super deadly and nearly unkillable unique mob after a certain period of time that will hunt you down. E.G. A mob with a proximity shield that increase in size over time and deals lethal amount of DoT to enemies inside.


I'll probably end up adding more to it though..
