Mana cost of wands V.S Bows

Does tornado shot and other bow skills consume as much mana as a wand skill like power siphon on a 6L setup ?

At level 20:
- power siphon 14 mana - tornado shot 10 mana Depend a bit on the support gems you want, but bow skills are probably on average cheaper. |

" No, bow skills are much cheaper, than wand skills (except Barrage). Physical DPS bows are also much slower. In fact, i have a bow build and i invest 0 points or affixes into mana, while my wand build has serious mana issues. IGN: MortalKombat

Yeah, I know PowerSiphon is crazy mana hungry ... but I have never had an archer before and wanted to know before experimenting.
