Atziri Trio, Dual Striker Superpowered?

Unfortunately I have no screenshot. I was using GMP incinerate, and I have 78/69 block chance.

I left the dual striker for last in the Apex of Sacrifice, thinking it wouldn't be an issue because he is pure attack damage and I have 78 block. I died 4 times in a row in very rapid succession, as he dealt roughly half my health with each hit. The surrounding mobs seemed to not be an issue, as always. Is the dual striker supposed to gain Block Chance Reduction as the last boss, or is this a bug? There's no way I was so unlucky as to miss roughly 8-10 blocks IN A ROW.

He ignites you when he's in fire form. Not sure if he does it when you block, but even not knowing that, I can say you're probably burning to death due to the hits he does land.

I instantly died vs ignited dual striker with my CoC on my first attempt to Apex.
It's something like Lightning thorn, you killed yourself. Attack when not ignited
