Karma Koin Does not Work

I bought a $25 card from CVS.
Show's Invalid card, but I checked card's balance and shows $25 USD and active. Help please :c Emailed support, but would like fix ASAP ^-^ Thank you~ | |

Thanks for e-mailing in about this. We'll respond as soon as we can. Feel free to check your balance on the Karma Koin balance checker and confirm that your card is in USD and not your regional equivalent (we have had reports of some users with cards in CAD).

Nope it's USD as I posted in my last message.
I'm in Ohio and I bought the card from CVS C: I saw on someone else's thread with the same problem that they just used: https://www.pathofexile.com/shop/purchase/20-dollar-pack And entered a Karma Koin code. Would that work with mine as well then? And would I get the Portal transaction? If that's the case, I can just buy a $20 and then a $5? :P | |

Yes. This is the payment method used if you wish to purchase packs or points with your Karma Koin card. Once you enter the code it will deduct the relevant funds from the card and add the relevant pack to your account. So as long as this card is in USD and no funds have been spent on it, you should be able to get both the $20 pack and the $5 pack.
