Failed to join instance

Anyone else that has failed to connect to instance and pretty irregular ping on PoE? It's only in this game i have bad connection and it's really annoying have had it for a day now and i can barely progress out of act 1 since i disconnect all the time joining an area

Run WinMTR as per the stickied guide, during play and when you are hiving the problem, have it running for over 100 seconds...then post the results here.
