Passive tree changes?

I know it was already announced that there will be a full passive reset for everyone, but I was just wondering if this is because of a new tree (or at least, modifications to Templar/Marauder/Duelist like was discussed on the podcast)?

Tree respec is whenever the Tree gets a big chance.
Back when some Chaos Nodes were added, only characters who got Nodes connected in that area got the reset. Participated in the working of the Dyadus Avatar of Fire Templar:
