Uber capable caster build

Is there any? I dont mean gimmicky srs or coc. Pure caster build using normal spells like ice spear,frezing pulse,fireball etc.

Im thinking about low life Freezing pulse with acuity (and void battery?), but I practically never played caster build, so Im not sure if this could work enough for uber. Saw many videos doing normal Atziri, but not uber.

actually any caster who has 100% resits or can move well can do it with any spell. I watched foxtactic do it with arc, flame surge and ice nova.

Look up ventor's arc build think he's up to 81k dps now it will handle Uber just fine.
