Vaal Empower
Level 0: Nothing
Level 1: Adds +3 to supported active gems for 8 seconds Level 2: Adds +6 to supported active gems for 8 seconds Level 3: Adds +9 to supported active gems for 8 seconds Level 4: Adds +12 to supported active gems for 8 seconds Now that would be a funny gem with a lot of tears I think? I love teddy bears.

adding +16 to a level 20 spell gem would make you oneshot anything in the game.
Doing something like: lvl 1=2 lvl 2=3 lvl 3=4 Would be enough to make it usable with out making it too overpowered. Still would be a little bit overpowered. Last edited by Bikalo on Oct 24, 2014, 6:15:55 AM

" Even lv3= +4 is op if you already have a normal lv3 empower. 2 + 4 = 6 lv up in 8 secs. Now lets imagine those who have +3 gem staff with lv4 empower and lv3 of this vaal empower... 3 + 3 + 4 = 10 level up for 8 seconds...this will give insane dps buff... http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1119850 Selling Crit Bow ilvl 68-75 (Mostly White) Last edited by Exorcist901 on Oct 24, 2014, 6:33:28 AM

I like this idea... based on the notion that you need bad ideas to put good ideas into contrast.
