Screenshot + Righteous Fire = Lost life

I have righteous fire on, and normally enough regen to sustain it, but when I take a screenshot with F8 the client pauses for a couple seconds and then when it unpauses a big chunk of life is gone.

Edit: After moving or using a skill the life re-appears client must be out of sync and processes the righteous fire degen but not life regen while taking the screenshot for some reason.

if the client pauses then yes it can show incorrectly until the server corrects it again, it will not kill you though...it's all handles server side and if it works normally for you then it works normally on the server and the only thing effected is the clients display.
