Lightning Strike bug (cone - area bug)

Okay, so it's not in the patch notes, and I'm hoping and praying its not some kind of ninja-nerf.

But Lightning Strike's cone is much wider now than normal. The width of it is so wide, you can't reliablly hit targets with the other projectiles any longer. This is especially true when augmenting the Lesser Multiple Projectiles support gem. It's completely broken and unplayable now. Please fix soon.
